Returns and Exchanges

We at Beansprout Gifts hope you love your purchase. When necessary, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Here's what you need to know:
- All returned item/s must be in new condition - they must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags on. The return must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is returned for store credit after the 14 day window, there is a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.
- Returnable items must be in new condition - items cannot have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet these standards. Returns must be preauthorized by email before returning an item. Once we receive your return, Beansprouts will refund your purchase in the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs. This also applies to free shipping orders - the shipping cost which was originally waived will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we have received the return merchandise. Customers will be notified of this transaction by email.
- Non-Returnable/exchangeable items (unless damaged) include: pacifiers, teethers, bathing suits, and skincare.
- Exchanges - For an exchange, we ask you to return your item and place a new order separately through our website to ensure availability. Please be aware that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for both return and any new shipping charges.
