Shipping Policy
Please note: our physical location is temporarily closed during this unprecedented time, but we are shipping daily.
For the local customer, Beansprouts offer free in-store pickup at our shop in Melrose, MA. If you select this method, you will be notified in 1-2 business days by email that your order is ready for pick up. Please note, if you do need to make an exchange or return of an item purchased through our website, you will need to request a return authorization through the web before returning it to the shop.
We ship all purchases via USPS first class or priority mail.
We aim to ship your order the business day after it is received (Friday - Sunday orders will ship on Monday). If an item is not in stock or will ship later than this timeframe for any reason, Beansprouts will notify you by email immediately. US orders may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by USPS.
